Learning Recommendations: Successful completion of Introduction to Culinary Arts

General Description: The Culinary Arts program can start you on your way to a professional career in foodservice and/or business management. You will practice these skills by working in The L’Café, Liberty's student-run restaurant. This course offers an opportunity to earn college credit and participate in culinary competitions.
