Academics Icon for Announcements

Issaquah School District is selecting new high school Social Studies instructional materials for the 12th Grade Civics course. The selection committee has narrowed down the choices to two curricula: "Government Alive! Power, Politics, and You" (published by TCI) and "American Government Interactive" (published by Savvas).

We invite ISD families to provide feedback on these curricula. Feedback will be utilized to make the recommendation of materials to the school board. Access to the instructional materials and review forms are available online as well as in person.Materials will be available to review in person at the ISD Administration building lobby on school days from Tuesday, March 10, 2025, to Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

If you are unable to attend in person or wish to review the materials online, materials will be available to review online from Tuesday, March 10, 2025, to Thursday, March 27, 2025.
