Enrollment Verification Process (EVP) Opens August 7

The annual Enrollment Verification Process (EVP) for the 2025-26 school year opens August 7 and must be completed by August 13. The process is completed online via Family Access and is required for each student, every year. EVP allows families to confirm their student’s enrollment, update contact information and complete required forms. The reason we ask families to complete EVP for every student every year is that this critical information helps us accurately plan staffing and resources for our schools and departments.

In response to feedback from families about the process, we removed the parent/guardian survey from EVP this year. We are working to refine and optimize the survey, and will be asking families to give us feedback in the fall, separate from the EVP process.
