Enrollment Verification Process Opens August 7, 2026

Our annual Enrollment Verification Process (EVP) will be open from August 7-14, 2026.  

The annual Enrollment Verification Process (EVP) for the 2026-27 school year opens August 7 and must be completed by August 14. The process is completed online via Family Access (Skyward) and is required for each student, every year. The EVP allows families to confirm their student’s enrollment, update emergency contact information and complete required forms regarding health and other topics. The reason we ask families to complete EVP for every student every year is that this critical information helps us accurately plan for staffing and resources for our schools and departments.

In response to feedback from families about the process, we removed the parent/guardian survey from EVP last year. We refined the survey last year and will be asking families to give us feedback in the fall, separate from the EVP process.

For families who are attending our Back-to-School Resource Fair on August 12, who would like assistance completing EVP, we will have staff members at the event available to help. Translators will also be available during the event.
