Family Partnership Presents: WANIC, Running Start Information

Did you know that high school students can take career technical education preparatory classes in high school? WANIC (Washington Network for Innovative Careers) courses are open to all 11th and 12th-grade students in the ISD. Summer exploratory programs are open to grades 9-12. We are offering an information night designed for high school students and families. Presented by College and Career staff and ISD Family Partnership staff.

Running Start information from 7:30 to 8:30 pm

Do you want to learn about the Running Start program? Running Start is a program that provides 11th and 12th grade students the opportunity to earn college credit while still completing the requirements for high school graduation.  ISD staff will provide a general informational session about the program.  Detailed information about the program can be provided by attending the Running Start informational nights at specific colleges. Presented by ISD Equity and Family Partnership and the Student Intervention – Counseling departments.

Families are invited to attend one or both sessions. Register to attend by filling out this form. Zoom link will be sent on March 25 by 3 p.m.
