ISD: Two-Hour Delay, Buses on Snow Routes February 4, 2025
Dear Issaquah families and staff,
Due to the forecasted snow tonight and considering road conditions early tomorrow morning, we are calling for a two-hour delay on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. Buses will run on snow (emergency) routes in the morning and the afternoon. Please monitor your email and phone in the morning, in case conditions do not improve. We will provide an update to families and staff by 7 a.m.
As a reminder to parents and caregivers, please make the best decision for your student and family. If you keep your student home, please notify the school tomorrow.
The two-hour delay means:
- Students will be returned to the same bus stop where they were picked up in the morning, regardless of after-school road conditions.
- Before and After School Care (BASC) opens at 9:30 a.m.
- ISD Preschool Academy classes begin at 10:30 a.m.
- The following programs are canceled:

All before-school activities.

ECE, ECEAP.

Out-of-district transportation.

Updates for the following activities will be communicated by each school:

Field trips, athletics, after-school activities.

Extended Day Activity (EDA) buses (communicated by 1 p.m.).

Snow (emergency) bus route information is available on our website. Please have your student at their bus stop five minutes before their stop time, because our bus arrival times may vary based on road conditions and traffic.
