Dear Middle and High School Parents and Guardians,
This year, Canvas will be the primary way to access and monitor student grades and feedback. In order to successfully create and access your Canvas account, you will want to first create an account using your preferred web browser. Once you have created your account, you can then follow the additional directions for setting up the app.
For information about setting up your Canvas account, please navigate to the ISD Website. Click on "Parent Login to Canvas" for observer-specific information. Please note: The Canvas login page is specific to Issaquah; you should see the Issaquah School District logo on the login page. Click here to access the ISD Canvas login page.

Username: The email address associated with you in Skyward/Family Access is your username.
Password: The password is one that you choose. (Click "forgot password" if you do not know your password).
First time logging in?
Step 1: Click "Forgot Password."
Step 2: Enter username (this is the email associated with you in Skyward. It is NOT your Skyward username).
Step 3: Click "Request Password."
Step 4: Follow instructions to set password. A password reset email will be sent to your email address.
It may take up to 30 minutes to receive the email. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder and/or contact your internet service provider. The email will come from @notifications.canvaslms.com. The most common problem with parents not receiving the password email is that they are mistakenly on another school district's Canvas web page.
Gmail users: if you are not receiving messages from Canvas, you may need to update your Gmail filters.
