We would love to know your thoughts about the district’s next new high school. Have you participated in the four ThoughtExchanges we are running about the project? If yes, thank you – and please revisit the exchanges to rate others’ thoughts. If not, please consider taking part before the conversations close on Nov. 30.
Last week, we launched these four ThoughtExchanges (click each link to participate in each discussion):
- What is most important for us to consider about the physical building?
- What is most important for us to consider about the academic programming?
- What is most important for us to consider about the extracurricular programming (sports/clubs)?
- Is there anything else we need to have at the forefront of our planning?
As of midday on Monday, we have had 97 participants for Question 1, 76 participants for Question 2, 170 participants for Question 3 and 74 participants for Question 4. The exchanges will close at 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 30.
These ThoughtExchanges are open to students, parents/guardians, staff, alumni and community members. In addition to this process, we will also meet with focus groups beginning in early 2023.
