Supports for Students: Care Solace, Other Resources

Health and Wellness Icon for Announcements

As the new school year is well under way now, we would like to remind our students, staff and community members of supports and services that are available. Issaquah School District has partnered with Care Solace to help support the well-being of our school community. Whether you or a family member need support with mental health or substance use, Care Solace can connect you to care options that meet your needs — quickly, confidentially, and at no cost to you. If you or a loved one could benefit from extra support, we encourage you to use them whenever needed.

How to Access Support:

  • Call: 888-515-0595 (Multilingual support available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year)
  • Visit Care Solace online
  • Search for providers independently or click “Book Appointment” to get assistance via video chat, phone, or email

Our counselors are also here to help. Please reach out to the counseling team at your school if they can help connect you with support.

September is recognized as Suicide Prevention Awareness Month by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and other mental health organizations. This year’s theme is “Together in Strength, Dignity, Hope, and Purpose.” Today we’re sharing resources and places to connect for help, for you or anyone you know.

Anyone can seek help anytime by calling the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988. The 988lifeline.org website also has resources for texting, chatting, people who speak Spanish, people who are deaf or hard of hearing, and more.

Our Counseling team also shares additional resources on their webpage.
