Teacher Appreciation Week: Call for Submissions

📚🤩 Teacher Appreciation Week is May 4–8, and we’re inviting our students and families to help us celebrate the incredible educators who make a difference in the Issaquah School District every day.

Would you like to publicly recognize a teacher who has made an impact? Consider sharing a note of thanks, a short video message, or a photo that expresses your appreciation. (Of course, many of you are already participating in teacher appreciation at your student’s school. This isn’t meant to take the place of that recognition, but to offer another way to recognize our educators).

We will share some of the messages of gratitude throughout Teacher Appreciation week to help our teachers feel the support and appreciation of our entire community.

Submit your message, photo and/or video via DM (direct message) on our district social media accounts, or send via email to the Communications Team.  

For alumni and current staff members who attended our schools and know that one of your favorite teachers are still inspiring students in our system: Please feel free to send messages for teachers you appreciated through the years during your own time in ISD schools!
