Volunteer Interviewers Needed for Annual Senior Exit Interviews

Issaquah High School, Liberty High School and Skyline High School warmly invite you to participate as a volunteer interviewer in our annual Senior Exit Interviews.
This meaningful experience provides graduating seniors with the opportunity to reflect on their high school journey through a brief mock interview. During each 10‑minute session, students respond to two or three predetermined questions designed to help them practice communication, reflection, and professionalism. Interviewers then provide written feedback to support students in strengthening their skills for future job, college and scholarship interviews.
The total time commitment is approximately two and a half hours on March 18 or one morning in April. Each volunteer interviewer will meet with between three and six students. Those who wish to support multiple schools are welcome to do so.
