The Issaquah School District acquired an office building to relocate its administrative offices. The building is located at 5150 - 220th Ave. SE, Issaquah
- The 4-story building encloses a little over 105,000 square feet and houses district staff from the former Holly Street Administration Center plus some staff previously located at the May Valley Service Center.
- Approximately half of the first floor will be devoted to a larger board room, several large meeting rooms as well as smaller conference rooms. Reception, scheduling and security operations are located inside the main entrance. The first floor houses the Technology Department and main data center as well as shipping/receiving and mail room.
- Floor 2 includes a training lab and Teaching and Learning functions relocated from May Valley. Most of the second floor remains vacant for future growth.
- Floor 3 provides space for educational programs such as Teaching and Learning, Special Services and Student Support Services.
- Floor 4 is occupied by the Superintendent, Executive Offices, Human Resources, the Business Office and Capital Projects.
- Updates included new flooring, fresh paint, and LED lighting as well as office and workstation furnishings.
- The site provides over 400 parking spaces which will provide adequate parking for large meetings and events.
