• We received the Temporary Certificate of
Occupancy (TCO) from the City of
Issaquah on February 4th.

• We moved staff into the building starting
February 18 th and over Second Winter
Break. First day of classes was Tuesday
March 1st.

• New traffic signal on Talus Drive at the new
main entrance to the site was up and
running Wednesday February 2nd.

• The work on the Sports Field continues and
is expected to finish up and be ready for
use over the Summer.

• Working with the City of Issaquah to obtain a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) by mid-February.

• The current plan is to move from Ringdall into the new building over 2nd Winter Break (Feb 21-25).

• All critical retaining walls on the site have been completed.

• New traffic signal on Talus Drive at the new main entrance to the site scheduled to be in use starting next Wednesday February 2nd.

• Even though delayed the project is turning out very nice.

• Cabinetry, finishes, flooring and other finishes nearing completion in many areas.

• Parking garage nearing completion. • Work continues on Wall 3 and the other site activities that were delayed due to the soil displacement issues related to Wall 3.

• Sports field grading up to rough grade and will not be completed until late Summer.

• Continued dealings with unsuitable soils coupled with later than expected permit issuance has lead to completion schedule concerns.

• Electrical trim well underway and mechanical systems coming on line.

• Cabinetry, finishes, flooring and other finishes nearing completion in many areas.

• Parking garage nearing completion.

• Work continues on Wall 3 and the other site activities that were delayed due to the soil displacement issues related to Wall 3.

• Sports field grading up to rough grade.

• Continuing to work with the City of Issaquah Staff on remainder of the permits.

• Continued dealings with unsuitable soils coupled with later than expected permit issuance has lead to completion schedule concerns.

• Electrical and mechanical rough-in and trim continues.

• Framing and sheetrock continues throughout the building with finishes, cabinetry, flooring, etc. going on or complete in most areas. • Work continues on site cut & fill/grading, site wall shoring and permanent retaining wall installation.

• During installation of Wall 3 underground water caused some slight/minor movement. That portion of Wall 3 has been redesigned and is currently being worked on.

• Sports field grading up to rough grade.

• Continuing to work with the City of Issaquah Staff on remainder of the permits.

• Continued dealings with unsuitable soils coupled with later than expected permit issuance has lead to completion schedule concerns.

• Occupancy expected in mid-December for a First Winter Break move-in
