Renewal of Existing Educational Programs and Operations (EP&O) Levy

We want to ensure all our students have equal access to student services, academic programs, and support services to be successful in today's global environment.

  • The Educational Programs and Operations Levy funds program and operations needs that are not fully funded. It fills the gap between the funding we receive from state and federal sources, and the cost of providing the student services, academic programs and support services that we provide to our students.
  • This levy provides more than 15 percent of the district's revenue.
  • The April 26, 2022 measure would replace the expiring levy. The replacement measure would collect a finite amount each year: $61 million in 2023, $64 million in 2024, $67 million in 2025 and $70 million in 2026.
