Join us for 'Connect For Good', March 28

The Issaquah School District will participate in the upcoming Connect for Good: Sammamish Nonprofit Expo 2026, a community event focused on service, connection and local impact.

Hosted by the Sammamish Chamber of Commerce, the event will take place on Saturday, March 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Sammamish Presbyterian Church. Community members of all ages are invited to attend.

The expo will feature more than 30 local nonprofit organizations, offering opportunities to learn about causes, explore volunteer roles and connect with community partners. The event is designed to bring together individuals, families and students who are interested in making a difference close to home.

Issaquah School District will be present to share information about volunteer opportunities in schools, including ways to get involved through its VOICE mentorship program. District representatives will be available to connect with community members interested in supporting students through mentorship and service.

In addition to nonprofit booths, the event will include youth-focused activities, a Youth Zone and opportunities highlighting student leadership and involvement. The family-friendly format is intended to make service accessible and engaging for all ages.

Connect for Good is sponsored by Puget Sound Energy, Sammamish Friends and Lead-ology, and reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the community through service and collaboration.
