6924 - Public and Professional Advisors

At appropriate times, the superintendent shall arrange for consultation from the general public, persons with handicap access expertise and members of the District's professional staff in order to assure that the District's master plan, as well as individual facilities projects, has considered the suggestions of those who shall use the facilities. The superintendent shall also recommend to the Board the retention of such specialized professional consultants as lawyers, engineers, architects, and financial advisors both at appropriate times in the planning process and at the time of actual implementation of construction projects.
