Special Board Meeting - Executive Session

Prior to Regular School Board Meeting - Executive Session 4:00 PM

The School Board will hold an executive session on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. 

The Issaquah School Board, Superintendent Tow-Yick, ISD Administrators, and legal counsel will be present to discuss litigation or potential litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). This session will be held in person at the ISD Administration Center (5150 220th Ave. SE, Issaquah, WA 98029) and on Zoom. This session is expected to last 60 minutes and end at 5:00 PM.

Executive Sessions are not open to the public and no action will be taken.

Special Board Meeting - Joint Engagement with the Issaquah Schools Foundation

Prior to Regular School Board Meeting - Joint Engagement with ISF  5:00 PM

The Issaquah School Board, Superintendent Tow-Yick, and members of the ISD Administration will hold a special meeting in the Administration Center Boardroom. They will hold an engagement with the leaders of the Issaquah Schools Foundation.

The engagement is open to the public, however there will be no public input and no board action will be taken. Any action resulting from the discussion will take place at a future board meeting.

Piper Sandler and NW Municipal Advisors will present on the financing plan. The bond refunding resolutions will be presented for adoption at the March 26th board meeting.

ISD Administrators will update the Board on Capital Projects. There are two resolutions on the agenda with possible Board action: Resolution 1259 Adoption of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and Resolution 1260 Adoption of Intent to Construct the New High School.
