Measurement & Indicators
Our indicators are guided by three principles: meaningful, moveable and measurable.
The Issaquah School District is committed to measuring progress toward the 2026-29 Strategic Plan priorities of Student Well-Being, Learning Opportunities and Trust. These indicators help us understand what is working, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure our efforts remain focused on what matters most for students.
Each year, the district will share progress with the School Board and community near the end of the school year as part of a continuous cycle of monitoring, reporting and improvement. Indicators were selected through staff expertise, student voice, community feedback and School Board guidance.
