Paid Work Experience

Learning Recommendations: This class may be taken more than once, with a maximum of 2 credits.

General Description:  Paid work experience course provides students with paid work experience in a field related to their interests. Credit is earned at a rate of 360 hours for 1.0 elective credit or 180 hours for 0.5 elective credit.

Note: Students must complete 2410F9, be 16 years old before the semester starts and get pre-approval from the counselor or principal to enroll in this course. Successful completion of or concurrent enrollment in the Personal Finance course is required to be eligible for this course.
