Transcript Requests:
What are Transcripts?
- A record of the grades of ALL classes taken in high school.
- Shows the number of credit earned for each class.
- Colleges and universities often require a school transcript as part of the application and admissions process.
All public schools in the state use the Washington State high school transcript.
Grades
- Every grade earned in a high school level class is on the school transcript.
- In the Issaquah School District, it is a cumulative grade based on tests, assignments and projects. See teacher’s syllabus for more details.
- Students are NOT ranked, but will have a Grade Point Average
- Passing classes is crucial for graduation requirements
- No credit earned for grade F
- GPA – Grade point average, cumulative numerical score of letter grade
