Accessing Test Scores

Smarter Balanced (SBA) and i-Ready Test Scores are emailed directly to those listed as guardian 1 and guardian 2 in Skyward, then uploaded into Family Access in Skyward.  Click here if you are not familiar with using Family Access. 

Steps to finding test scores only in family access.

1. First, you need to use a browser on your phone, tablet or computer.  The Skyward App does not provide access to test scores.
2. When you log into Family Access, you will see a blue menu on the left.
3. Select "Test Scores" from that menu.  This will open a list of test scores. 
4. Select the scores you want, then click on the blue (Show Scores) link.  For i-Ready scores, look for the score report with the test name like "i-Ready Read/Math Grade X" (It will have a September Date.)  This same score report is updated three times during the school year.

Later in the fall the official State SBA test score reports are released and uploaded into Family Access Portfolios. 

Steps for Accessing Score Reports

1. Log into Family Access from a web browser.  The Skyward phone app will not work.  
2. Select the Portfolio link in the menu on the left-hand side. On a phone you may have to look for the "+" in the upper left to see the menu.
3. Select Attachments.
4. Select for the "Spring [Year] SBA ELA Math Score Report"
5. Click on View Attachment.
