Elementary Dual Language Immersion Program Information and Application: The ISD Spanish-English Dual Language Immersion Program is housed at Issaquah Valley Elementary School. Registration priority is given to students within the IVE attendance area; please note, a waiting list for entry may exist. Spanish speaking students are encouraged to apply. Students who enter the Dual Language Program will form a cohort that will potentially continue through high school. This requires a long-term commitment to the program.
Driving/Parking Consent Forms (Issaquah) (Liberty) (Skyline) (Gibson Ek): If your student is planning to drive to school this year, please read this form with your student and sign in the appropriate area. This completed form must be presented to receive a parking permit.
Medication Authorization Form: Washington State law and Issaquah School District policy require that schools have written authorization from a licensed healthcare provider and parent on file yearly when a child needs to take prescription or over-the-counter medication during the school day. Please fill out this form if it pertains to your child.
Administration of Medication for 72 Hours at School: (for disaster planning): In the event of a major disaster, schools may be responsible for the care of students for as long as 72 hours. If your student is taking medications for diabetes, seizures, heart or serious behavior problems on a regular basis, please fill out a 72 hour medication form which includes parent and licensed health care provider information, and bring the medication to school in a labeled prescription bottle.
FERPA: The Issaquah School District needs to honor families' privacy while meeting its obligation to share education-related information with the community. The annual Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) notification and opt-out process helps schools balance these interests. Please read the FERPA information at the link carefully. No response is required unless you want to opt your student out. If you choose to opt out, you will need to do so annually.
Family Privacy Options: Elementary and Middle School or High School: Families may ask schools to withhold student-related information. These selections are made upon initial enrollment, but changes can be made at a future date my filling out the form linked above.
Volunteer Online Submission Form: Please complete this registration if you plan to volunteer at school or chaperone on field trips during the school year. This application must be completed each school year.

PTA/PTSA - Join/Renew/Donate/Volunteer! If you are new to PTA, please join your school's PTA/PTSA, and if you have been a member in the past, please renew your membership. Donations help make our PTA programs strong and those who can volunteer, are encouraged to do so. Join Boosters (Issaquah) (Liberty) (Skyline): High School Booster Clubs are parent, alumni, and community-driven 501c3 nonprofit organizations that support co-curricular activities including athletics, performing arts, and student clubs. Booster clubs rely on annual membership donations, as well as other fundraising activities throughout the year, to benefit all kids, all clubs, and all teams. Food Service Information: Click on the link to visit the ISD Food Service website to receive information about the program including:
- Meals are no longer free for all students via federal waivers. Prices for meals this year are $4 for elementary; $4.25 for middle and high school students.
- Applying for Free or Reduced Price lunches at school.
- Details about your student's new 5-digit PIN, which will follow them throughout their enrollment in the district.
- Adding funds to your student's food service account via MySchoolBucks.com.
- View the ISD Local Meal Charge Policy, which outlines procedures for feeding students with lunch accounts that reach a negative balance.
Sign Up for the Weekly Bulletin: The ISD Weekly Bulletin is a primary communication tool used by the Issaquah School District. Weekly announcements are sent via email on Monday afternoon to share important information and keep families informed. Schools send building-specific information on Thursday afternoons. Family emails are automatically subscribed to the ISD Weekly Bulletin and their student's school bulletin from Family Access, so please confirm that the email address we have on file is accurate. If parents/guardians wish to receive the Weekly Bulletin at more than one email address, such as a work email or for an additional family member, please sign up for the bulletin on our website with the alternate email.
Sign Up for Text Notifications: Text messages are used as a communication tool for reminders and emergency notifications. If you would like to receive text messages from the Issaquah School District, including your child's school, send the word "Yes" or the letter "Y" to the number 67587 from the cell phone number that is listed in your Family Access account.
Highly Capable Program Information and Referral Process: The Highly Capable Referral window is open from September 1st to September 15th each year. Information about how to refer your student during this time is on the website linked above. Referrals for students entering and attending the district after September 15th are accepted within 10 days of starting school in Issaquah. Request a copy of the New Student Referral form in the office of your neighborhood school.
Office for Education Ombuds: The Washington State Governor's Office of the Education Ombuds (OEO) is an independent state agency that helps to reduce educational opportunity gaps by supporting families, students, educators, and other stakeholders in communities across WA in understanding the K-12 school system and resolving concerns collaboratively. OEO services are free and confidential. Anyone can contact OEO with a question or concern about school. OEO listens, shares information and referrals, and works informally with families, communities, and schools to address concerns so that every student can fully participate and thrive in our state's public schools. OEO provides support in multiple languages and has telephone interpretation available.
