Facility Use and Scheduling
Issaquah School District facilities are open to the public for reservations. The District will be prioritizing reservations according to existing Issaquah School DistrictRegulation 4260 - Use of District Facilities and Regulation 4260P - Use of District Facilities Procedure.
TENNIS COURTS and SECONDARY TRACK USAGE - All high school tennis courts and secondary track usage for personal use only must be coordinated through the main office at the school. Rental keys are available. Please call the schools for more information. All other groups should follow the process below by filling out an Application Packet.
ISD can provide insight into the diversity of our school community. Please consider the Religious or Cultural Celebrations that could impact attendance for events.

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, ALL ISD THEATRES ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO RENT. PLEASE CHECK BACK HERE FOR ANY UPDATES.
INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION - Two documents required
- Certificate of Liability Insurance - Must list ISD as Certificate Holder
- Additional Insured Endorsement - Must list ISD as an Additional Insured

Please note due to high demand, applications can take up to 15 days to process or possibly longer if school activities have not been scheduled. Incomplete application packets will take additional time.

January through June dates - Applications accepted September 1st.
July through August dates - Applications accepted April 1st.
