PINs & Account Balance
Log in to Family Access to find lunch numbers and account balance. If you have forgotten your login\password, click on the Forgot your Login/Password? link to receive an email with your Login ID and a link to reset the password. If you do not receive a reset email within 15 minutes, please contact the registrar at your student's school for assistance.
Once you are logged in to your Family Access account, navigate to the Portfolio using the left menu. Once you are in the Portfolio, click on the option that says Student Lunch # and Balance. If you have more than one student, you will see this option under each of their names.
A process box will pop up to let you know that the report is running. When it is complete, click on View Report.
The report will show the name of the student, followed by the Student Lunch Number and their Lunch Account Balance. Please note that this balance is updated on a nightly basis and not in real time, so any money used from the account on the current day will not be reflected in the balance until the following day.
