Viewing Report Cards in Family/Student Access

To view Report Cards login to your Family/Student Access account. If you need assistance accessing your account, please contact the registrar at your or your student's school. Once you are logged in, you will be able to find Report Cards in the Portfolio. 

 

 

In the Portfolio, you will see a section called Portfolio - Attachments. Click on the Download or View Button next to the Report Card name that you would like to view or download.

 

Some Report Cards will require an eSignature prior to being able to download the file. If an Electronic Signature icon appears next to the Report Card click the icon, read through the agreement and check the I Agree box. This will fill in your signature and add a date and time stamp. Then press the Save icon.  Once returned to your student's portfolio, you will see the download and view icons to access your student's report card. 

 

 

The Report Card will then download to your computer. Open the file to view your student's Report Card.

You can save or print a copy for your record. Family/Student Access will only show Report Cards back to the 2023-2024 School Year. All earlier Report Cards will need to be requested from the Registrar at your student's school.
