Please remember to bring a photo ID each evening when you pick up your student(s). This district policy helps keep our students safe and we appreciate your assistance. Please remind siblings or other authorized adults to bring an ID and be sure to add them to your authorized pick up list.
Snacks: A morning and afternoon snack is provided.
Lunch: Lunch is not provided (unless otherwise noted on the flyer, newsletter or website). Please send your student with a lunch and drink each day. A brown bag lunch is recommended on fieldtrip days. Also note that we are unable to microwave student lunches; please plan accordingly.
Fieldtrips sponsored by the Club Connection programs follow all requirements of the Issaquah School District fieldtrip policy, including a mandatory signed parental permission form and a designated mode of transportation. Alternate program care is not provided on fieldtrip days for children not attending the scheduled fieldtrips.
Before bringing any electronics or personal items, check with the Site Coordinator(s) regarding the site policy. Students are responsible for any personal items they bring to Club Connection. Issaquah School District, the BASC program, and the BASC staff are not responsible for any lost, stolen, broken, or damaged items.
Review this information carefully if your child has a life threatening allergy or other condition that may require medication to be administered while participating in Club Connection - break services or summer camp.
BASC does not have access to the school’s health room and will need a separate set of medications
Parents are responsible for delivering their child’s medication to the site
Children with life threatening conditions may not attend BASC until their medication is on site, along with the appropriate paperwork
BASC Team Members may not administer any medications without the proper ISD paperwork in place
Includes all prescription and over the counter medication
Must be in the original container with the prescription label
Must be current (not expired)
Must be signed in / out of the site, allow extra time when providing medications or picking up
Medication for summer camp must be current through the last day of summer camp
All paperwork (orders) must be vetted by an Issaquah School District nurse
