Fees and Payments

Important Things to Note

Families will be billed equal monthly payments from September through June for the 178 days that BASC operated during the school year.
Fees will not be prorated for illness or vacations.
Fees for break care or summer camps are billed separate from your monthly invoice.
At this time, there are no discounts for school district employees or siblings of current BASC participants.
No withdraws or change of schedule requests will be processed after April 25th of the current school year.

General Information

You will be invoiced on the last day of the month for the next month of services.
- Example: September tuition is due on September 1st, but invoiced on August 31st
Payment for services is due on the 1st of each month.
Our accepted method of payment is an Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer from the credit card or bank routing information that you enter into our secure billing system.
No credit card processing fees are applied to payment accounts.

Click on the button below to submit a change of schedule request. You will receive a confirmation email from Smartsheet after your submission.

Once your change of schedule request is submitted, no additional email follow up is needed.
Once your submission is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from automation@app.smartsheet.com. Please add this address to your approved email list.
Once your change of schedule request has been approved, you will receive an email from Michelle Morrison.
No change of schedule requests will be processed after April 25th for the current school year.
Do not attempt to change your child's schedule via your Day Care Works account, all changes must be made through the link above. Failure to follow this process will result in additional charges.

Extra Service Fee:

$15 per hour, per child; billed in 15-minute increments after a one-hour minimum charge.

If you need care on a day your child is not normally registered for, contact your Site Coordinator for space availability. Approval of the request is based on staffing ratios and student attendance numbers.
This service is for currently enrolled, BASC participants only.
There are no drop-in services for families who are not currently enrolled in BASC.

Late Fee - UPDATED for September 2024

$5.00 per minute, per child

If you know you are going to be late, please call the site.
If possible, arrange for an alternate person listed on your child’s emergency card to pick them up.
If your child(ren) is present past closing, the late pick-up fee will be added to your monthly invoice.
If your child(ren) is picked up more than three times, you could face suspension of services.

Full Time - Before & After 5 Days - $675 per month

Before & After 3 Days - $565 per month

Before 5 Days & After Wednesday Only - $535 per month

Before 5 Days - $425 per month

Before 3 Days - $295 per month

After 5 Days - $505 per month

After 3 Days - $355 per month
