School Walk Boundaries and Routes
Walk boundaries were created to provide the safest walk route for students to and from home to school. Walk boundaries are an approximate one-mile radius as the bird flies from the school. Some areas with minimal traffic, readily available sidewalks, and well-marked crosswalks may have a larger than one mile radius.
As no walk route is completely free of hazards, it is up to each individual family to decide how to best get their student to and from school.
